Returning to the heat

I received an email the other day telling me to 'be prepared'...! why was that ? because the temperature is rising well into the 30s in Sunny Dar es Salaam. Just as the leaves are changing colour here, Guy Fawks is about to get his annual roasting and the London lights are soon to be turned on, we are heading 4500 miles south. We leave on the 31st Oct, fly over night and arrive with the African sun early on Monday Nov 1st.
